What this site does — and does not — collect.
No accounts, no forms, and analytics only if you accept it. Below is what is collected, why, who receives it, and every right you have over it.
The short version
This is a marketing website. It has no accounts, no login and no forms. Since September 2026 it uses Google Analytics, and only if you accept it. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we honour Global Privacy Control automatically.
You can opt out here at any time.
Categories of personal information we collect
Using the categories California law defines:

Sensitive personal information: none. We do not collect it, so the right to limit its use does not arise. We do not collect biometric, precise geolocation, health, financial account, government ID or account credential data through this website, and we do not infer characteristics from any of it.
Analytics, and how it is gated
Google Analytics 4 runs on this site. Nothing analytics-related happens until you choose: Google Consent Mode v2 is set to denied for analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation before any tag loads. Accepting switches analytics storage on. Rejecting leaves everything denied.
We run it deliberately narrowed: Google Signals is off and ad personalisation is disabled, so the data is not used to build an advertising profile or to follow you across devices. IP addresses are anonymised.
Advertising storage stays denied in all cases. There are no ad tags on this site.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to train models offered to anyone else. We do not buy personal data about you from brokers, and we do not run remarketing, pixels, session recording or A/B testing.
We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How long we keep things
Analytics: retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Email correspondence: kept while the conversation is live and for up to three years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Server request logs: held by GitHub under its own retention terms, which we do not control. Your consent or opt-out preference: held in your own browser until you clear it.
Your rights under the CCPA and CPRA
If you are a California resident you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, including the specific pieces.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the statute allows.
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing — available here, and applied automatically if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We collect none, so there is nothing to limit.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these. We will not charge you more, give you less, or degrade the site because you asked.
Rights equivalent to most of these exist under other laws — including the GDPR in the UK and EU, and the consumer privacy statutes of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others. We apply the same process to everyone rather than checking where you live first.
How to exercise them
Email info@aquamesh.ai with what you want. That address reaches a person. To opt out of sale or sharing you do not need to email at all — use the opt-out page or send Global Privacy Control.
We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we genuinely need longer we may extend once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you why before we do.
We will verify your request by matching it against information we already hold — usually the email address the correspondence came from. If we cannot verify you we will say so rather than guessing. An authorised agent may act for you with your written permission, and we may ask you to confirm it directly.
If we refuse a request we will explain which exception applies. If you think we got it wrong, reply and say so; it will be read by the same person who made the decision, and then by someone else.
Who processes data for us
GitHub, Inc. hosts the site and logs requests, including IP addresses, to serve and protect it. Google LLC serves the typefaces, which discloses your IP address to Google on every page load, and provides Google Analytics if you accept it. Both act as service providers; neither is permitted to use the data for their own purposes beyond what their terms describe.
These are the only third parties that receive anything through this website.
Plant data, if we work together
This policy covers the website. Operational data you send us — historian exports, tag lists, lab results — is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page. In general: your data stays yours, it is isolated per customer at the database level, it is not used to train anything shared with another customer, and it is returned in open formats whenever you ask.
Children
This site is aimed at industrial and municipal operators. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the information of minors under any circumstances.
Changes, and who to ask
We review this policy at least once a year and update the date at the top when it changes. If a change is material we will say what changed rather than quietly reissuing it. Questions go to info@aquamesh.ai.
